Certificate by the company secretary

To the best of my knowledge as company secretary, I hereby confirm, in terms of section 268(d) of the Companies Act 61 of 1973 (the Act), that for the financial year ended 31 March 2010, the company has lodged with the Registrar of Companies all such returns as are required of a public company in terms of the Act and that such returns are true, correct and up to date.
