OTHER OPERATIONS
Included under other operations are the group’s Projects, Property and Industrial business units. The Projects division focuses on the procurement of large-scale contracts which usually incorporate both the design and construction elements of a project. The Property division, assuming the role of developer, is able to secure contracts for other divisions, while also participating further up the supply chain. Through the Industrial division, which comprises the group’s associated companies, the group gains exposure to the steel, construction materials and energy sectors of the construction environment.
