The summarised financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), IAS 34: Interim Financial Reporting, the South African Companies, Act 71 of 2008, as amended, and the JSE Listings Requirements. The principal accounting policies used in the preparation of the audited results for the year ended 30 June 2011 are consistent with those applied for the previous year.
